Amy ha sido una fuerte defensora de los servicios de hospicio durante m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas - desde su comienzo como la primera trabajadora social de UH, hasta convertirse en Directora Ejecutiva en 1989 y CEO en 2016. Uno de sus muchos logros notables durante su mandato fue la apertura de la Residencia Joe Raso en 2012. Su impacto en los servicios de cuidados paliativos en nuestra comunidad seguir\u00e1 siendo reconocido y ayudar\u00e1 a UH a seguir alcanzando sus objetivos en el futuro. Le deseamos a Amy buena salud y mucha felicidad en su jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La directora de operaciones Cara Pace sucede a Amy como nueva directora general de UH. Cara se uni\u00f3 a nuestro equipo ejecutivo en 2019 como COO y tiene m\u00e1s de 27 a\u00f1os de experiencia trabajando en el sector sin fines de lucro, de la salud y del gobierno. Cara ha desempe\u00f1ado funciones clave de liderazgo ejecutivo en organizaciones sin fines de lucro y tiene un exitoso historial de desarrollo de nuevos ingresos comerciales para organizaciones y de obtenci\u00f3n de ingresos por subvenciones. Desde 2019, ha conseguido $1 millones de ingresos por subvenciones para ampliar la atenci\u00f3n al final de la vida a las comunidades hispanas\/latinas y desatendidas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Felicidades Amy
